Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support VA Data Modernization initiatives from a fully remote location within the United States. The role focuses on onboarding, process improvements, and delivering high-quality support for users accessing modern data platforms.

You will manage a portfolio of internal customers, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to track and report customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a technical discipline (or commensurate experience).
• 8 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field with enterprise customers.

• Own a portfolio of internal customers and build relationships across their organizations.
• Understand customers’ strategic goals and targeted business results.
