• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with multiple pathways to experience.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or Consulting in B2B tech/services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and serve as the primary CS contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Monitor adoption, health, and identify risks; coordinate with internal resources for resolution.
• Guide onboarding, adoption, renewal readiness, and regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support.
