Spectrum is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead a team responsible for strategic enterprise relationships within RapidScale. You will drive outcomes, value realization, retention, and growth across a diverse portfolio, coordinating across sales, delivery, operations, consulting, support, and engineering to ensure customer success.

The role requires seasoned leadership, executive communication, and the ability to align multi-technology implementations with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in related field with leadership role.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management in B2B tech/services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex customer relationships and escalations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Success professionals to manage strategic enterprise relationships.
• Establish performance standards and operating rhythms across the team.
• Develop outcomes-based engagement plans and measurable KPIs.
• Coordinate across Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Support, and Engineering.
• Monitor portfolio health and intervene for at-risk accounts.
• Lead executive business reviews and renewal planning.
