RapidScale is seeking a Customer Success Manager III to oversee a portfolio of customers, ensuring successful adoption of RapidScale solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to ensure customers realize ongoing value and are positioned for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 6 years of experience, or a masters with 4 years, or PhD with up to 2 years.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or Consulting in B2B tech/services.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and serve as their primary success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify opportunities and risks.
• Guide onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support.
• Conduct business reviews and ensure value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.
