Picus Security is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Architect to onboard new customers, expand platform capabilities, and retain Enterprise accounts. You will create customer value and contribute to overall sales success.

Join a role that aligns with the Regional Sales VP, Product Management, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be a subject matter expert driving strategic account planning and revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree or equivalent with pre-sales/customer success experience in Security, Cloud, and Network Systems.
• At least five years of experience in Sales Engineering or Customer Success.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and drive strategic account planning.
• Broad tech experience including risk visibility, cloud, networking, security, and IT transformation.
• Experience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Ability to be consultative, proactive, and outcome-focused.

Aufgaben

• Refine and scale core customer success processes: onboarding, adoption planning, platform expansion, health monitoring, and QBRs.
• Drive product adoption and expansion opportunities with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead customer advocacy initiatives: case studies, reference calls, advisory boards.
• Represent Picus customer success at events, panels, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support for seamless customer experience and escalations.
• Provide customer-driven feedback on product enhancements and features.
• Travel within the US for on-site meetings and events.
