Job summary

Picus Security is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Architect to onboard new customers, expand our platform capabilities, and retain our Enterprise customer base. You will create customer value and contribute to the overall sales team and business success.

The CSA will be an industry subject matter expert with business acumen, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 5+ years in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role
• Proven track record building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning
• Broad technology experience including cloud, security, networking, risk visibility
• Experience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding through renewal and expansion

Responsibilities

• Refine and scale onboarding, adoption planning, platform expansion, health monitoring, and quarterly business reviews
• Drive product adoption and value realization with customers and internal stakeholders
• Lead customer advocacy initiatives including case studies and reference calls
• Represent Picus customer success stories at events, panels, and webinars
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for seamless customer experience and escalation resolution
• Provide customer-driven feedback on product enhancements and feature requests
• Willing to travel within the US for on-site meetings, training sessions, and events
