Picus is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our global remote team and drive enterprise deals across APAC. You will partner with sales leaders and channel partners, conduct in-depth technical discovery, and deliver compelling live demonstrations and value engagements that translate security validation into measurable customer outcomes.

You will bring 3–5 years in Sales Engineering or Customer Success, with deep knowledge of risk visibility, SIEM/EDR, cloud architecture, and on-prem/cloud

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years in Sales Engineering or Customer Success
• Proven track record with executive relationships and strategic account planning
• Broad tech experience across risk visibility, SIEM, EDR, cloud architecture, networking and IT transformation
• Understanding of solution architecture across on-prem and cloud
• Experience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding to renewal/expansion
• Consultative, proactive, outcome-focused approach
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives, Regional Sales Manager and channel partners to win new business and grow Enterprise base
• Bring deep knowledge of the Picus platform to assist sales in presenting to prospects and customers
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer needs and infrastructure
• Deliver tailored live demos and proof-of-value engagements showing defense validation and exposure reduction
• Respond to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs with clear, compelling answers
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design solutions aligning security with business outcomes
• Work with Customer Success to support adoption and expansion opportunities
• Educate partners on Picus platform to accelerate revenue
• Relay field feedback to product/engineering for improvements
