Cloudflare seeks a Senior Solution Engineering lead to scale adoption of its edge platform across strategic accounts. This role bridges pre-sales and client engineering, guiding complex engagements with a consultative, architecture-first approach.

You will collaborate with executives and product teams, define adoption roadmaps, map workloads to Cloudflare capabilities, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver measurable business outcomes across security, performance, and AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Architectural command: 10+ years in Customer Engineering Leadership, Product Management, Consulting or Technical Strategy.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-level executives and internal product leads.
• Curiosity and bias for action to drive platform adoption and revenue growth.
• Experience with cloud computing solutions across major providers (Azure, AWS, Google) and modern AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Platform Adoption Roadmapping: Develop account-specific adoption plans across App Modernization, Developer, and AI.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align SE, CS, and Product resources against milestones.
• Technical Executive Relationships: Engage CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Platform Architects.
• Expansion Development: Identify and qualify platform expansion opportunities and hand off to CD.
• Voice of Customer to Product: Convey customer requirements into Product roadmap discussions.
• Success Metrics: Track platform adoption and revenue expansion indicators.
• Product Feedback: Provide quarterly briefings on adoption patterns and blockers.
