Job summary

Incora seeks a Customer Program Manager to lead program operations and customer relationships in support of JIT Forward Stocking Locations. You will direct staffing, budgets, and workflows to ensure on-time, error-free delivery and value-added services for key aerospace customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in customer program management or equivalent roles in manufacturing/logistics is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry practices and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and projects with timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop program management staff to deliver high-level service to customers.
• Direct program operations, including inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSLs.
• Maintain program budgets and propose annual changes where needed.
• Plan workflow and lifecycle strategies to meet customer ship dates and specifications.
