Job summary

Incora is seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead end-to-end program operations, focus on JIT FSL inventory strategies, and ensure on-time, error-free delivery of high-quality products for aerospace contracts.

You will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus advanced MS Office and AI tooling proficiency, are required, with a focus on performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience or training in sales, distribution and inventory management.
• Experience managing programs in aerospace/contract environments with customer and supplier focus.
• Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Program operations, including inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSLs to support contracts.
• Plan, direct and prioritize facility workflow to meet ship date requirements.
• Manage budgetary compliance and recommend annual budget changes.
• Lead and develop staff, set goals, and provide clear guidance and performance feedback.
• Ensure document controls and regulatory compliance across the program.
