Incora is seeking a Customer Program Manager in the St Louis area to lead program operations, inventory strategies for JIT FSLs, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. You will manage budgets and drive process improvements while strengthening customer and supplier relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and extensive MS Office experience, with Aerospace knowledge and familiarity with AI tools like Copilot noted as advantages.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or management training, or 3+ years related experience.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and real-time problem-solving.
• Supervisory experience required with ability to motivate others.
• Strong process management and continuous improvement skills, especially JIT programs.
• Experience with integrated databases and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Direct program operations, including inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSLs to meet ship dates.
• Manage program budget and respond to changes with recommended adjustments.
• Plan and prioritize facility workflow and lifecycle strategies to ensure timely inventory flow.
• Engage with customers' auditors to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
