Job summary

Incora is seeking a Customer Program Manager II to orchestrate all program activities, lead facility operations, and ensure timely inventory flow in a Just-in-Time environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years in supply chain, inventory management, distribution, operations, or program management.
• Previous management/supervisory experience with coaching and development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct all program operations, including inventory and stocking strategies to support JIT requirements.
• Plan, direct, and prioritize facility workflow and life cycle strategies to ensure timely inventory flow.
• Manage department staff to ensure high customer service levels and teamwork.
• Lead training on AS9100, Quality Work Instructions, and process improvements.
• Create and analyze workflow, labor, and operational reports for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with customer onsite policies and Incora procedures.
