Job summary

Incora is seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead strategic program objectives, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products while maximizing profitability. The role coordinates admin, infrastructure, and process improvements for a JIT Forward Stocking Location(s) and collaborates with customers and suppliers to sustain strong relationships.

You will oversee training for AS9100 requirements, drive continuous program enhancements, ensure document controls and regulatory compliance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and real-time problem-solving abilities.
• Supervisory experience required with ability to motivate others to meet objectives.
• Strong process management and improvements skills; knowledge of JIT contracts in aerospace.
• Proficiency in integrated database systems and Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Copilot or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize value-added services.
• Direct program operations and inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSLs to meet contract requirements.
• Manage and maintain program budgetary compliance; recommend annual budget changes.
• Plan and prioritize facility workflow and lifecycle strategies to ensure timely inventory flow.
