Job summary

Incora is seeking an exceptional Customer Program Manager to lead program objectives, ensure on-time delivery, and maximize profitability while strengthening customer and supplier relationships. The role emphasizes leadership in administration, infrastructure, and continuous improvements for JIT Forward Stocking Locations.

You will oversee AS9100 training, document controls, and ensure compliance with policies, while coordinating facility workflows and engaging with customers' auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and real-time problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong process management and continuous improvement skills in JIT programs.
• Aerospace industry knowledge required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; AI tools like Copilot are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct program operations, including inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSL to meet contract requirements.
• Manage program budget and approve annual budget changes.
• Coordinate facility workflow and lifecycle strategies to ensure timely inventory flow.
• Oversee training for AS9100 and quality work instructions.
• Engage with customers' auditors and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Attend all company-sponsored meetings.
