Job summary

Incora seeks a Customer Program Manager to lead JIT FSL programs, ensuring on-time delivery and strong customer relationships. You will drive budgeting, lifecycle planning, and process improvements across the program while maintaining AS9100 compliance.

Responsibilities include training staff, optimizing workflow, coordinating with auditors, and upholding internal controls to meet commitments and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or management training, or 3+ years related experience.
• Excellent customer service and real-time problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience and ability to motivate others.
• Strong process management and continuous improvement for JIT programs.
• Aerospace industry knowledge required; familiarity with AS9100 is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct program operations and inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSLs.
• Maintain program budgetary compliance and propose annual changes.
• Plan and prioritize facility workflow to meet ship dates and customer specs.
• Train staff on AS9100 requirements and quality work instructions.
• Engage with customers' auditors to ensure compliance and execution.
• Ensure document controls and recordkeeping meet regulatory and policy standards.
