Amcor seeks a Senior Manager of Customer Planning & Service to lead an integrated SC team focused on service, inventory, and business initiatives. You will balance demand, plant capacity, and optimal replenishment while driving a high-performance culture.

You will collaborate with Sales, IT, and Marketing to deliver continuous improvement and service excellence for Amcor customers across our global supply network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 7-10 years experience in operations, customer service, planning, or related leadership roles.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Strong grasp of supply chain information technology and planning processes/systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with CP&S Director in strategic planning and execution of AFNA, SC, and BU priorities.
• Ensure inventory and service targets are met by supporting production planning and optimizing inventory.
• Prepare content and lead business sessions with stakeholders demonstrating strong business acumen and executive presence.
• Identify and implement processes that improve lead-times, cost, and service across the inventory and asset base.
• Collaborate with CP&S peers, sales, plants, IT, and marketing to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Build organizational capability through recruitment, development, and retention of top talent with robust performance reviews and succession plans.
• Act as a partner with Operations and maintain understanding of Customer Service processes.
• Serve as backup for the CP&S Director.
