Job summary

Amcor in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Planning & Service to lead an integrated supply chain team focused on service, inventory, and key business initiatives. You will balance demand, plant capacity, and replenish inventory while building a high-performance culture.

You will collaborate with CP&S, sales, plants, IT, and marketing to drive improvements and mentor talent to ensure service excellence for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10 years experience in operations, customer service, planning, or related leadership roles.
• Preferred APICS CPIM certification.
• Understanding of Supply Chain IT and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CP&S Director in strategic planning and execution of priorities.
• Ensure inventory and service targets by supporting production planning and optimizing inventory.
• Lead content creation and presentations with stakeholders showing strong business acumen.
• Identify processes to improve lead-times, cost, and service across the inventory and asset base.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, plants, IT, and marketing to drive improvements.
• Develop organizational capability through talent recruitment, development, and retention.
• Serve as a strong partner with Operations and understand Customer Service processes.
• Act as backup for the CP&S Director as needed.
