Amcor is seeking a Manager of Customer Planning & Service in Wisconsin to lead an integrated Supply Chain team focused on service, inventory, and key initiatives. The role balances demand, plant capacity, and replenishment while driving a high-performance culture.

You will partner with stakeholders across sales, IT, and operations to optimize lead times, cost, and service, building capability through coaching and succession planning. A great growth path awaits in a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7-10 years experience in operations, customer service, planning, or related leadership roles.
• Preferred APICS – CPIM certification.
• A sound grasp of Supply Chain information technology and related planning processes/systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CP&S Director in strategic planning and execution of AFNA, Supply Chain, and BU priorities.
• Ensure inventory and service targets are met by supporting production planning processes.
• Prepare content and lead business sessions with stakeholders showing strong business acumen.
• Identify and implement processes to improve lead-times, cost and service.
• Collaborate with CP&S peers, sales, plants, IT, and marketing to drive improvements.
• Build organizational capability through recruitment, development and retention of top talent.
• Serve as backup for the CP&S Director as needed.
