Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Customer Planning & Service Lead to collaborate with customers and internal teams across supply chain, transportation, warehousing and project management. You will use analytics to identify opportunities and mitigate risk during events that affect plant capacity.

This role emphasizes service improvements, strategic planning, and building knowledge of customer processes. Travel up to 10% domestically; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, and Customer Service / Supply Chain environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive service improvements to enable ease of doing business with customers through schedule optimization and substitutions.
• Support strategic customer planning and execution that enables continuous improvement and sales growth.
• Deliver supply chain solutions via collaborative action plans (e.g. safety stocks, reorder points, VMI, transfers, campaigns).
• Prepare content for business sessions and presentations with the Customer regarding service.
• Build knowledge of customer processes and service expectations through advocacy and visits.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and trends and ensure KPIs are met.
• Understand customer inventory and service targets to ensure right-sized inventory.
• Engage to mitigate customer risk during events impacting plant capacity or execution.
