Amcor is seeking a Customer Planning & Service Lead in North America to collaboratively solve customer supply chain challenges and improve service. The role involves partnering with internal teams and customers to optimize schedules, orders, and substitutions while mitigating risks to plant capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, and Customer Service / Supply Chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive service improvements to enable ease of doing business with customers through schedule optimization, order swaps, material substitutions.
• Support strategic customer planning and execution that enables continuous improvement and sales growth (e.g. onboarding, large/strategic accounts, DIFOT concerns).
• Deliver supply chain solutions through robust, collaboratively managed projects (safety stocks, reorder points, VMI, transfers, campaigns).
• Prepare content and support business sessions with the Customer regarding service.
• Build organizational knowledge of customer processes and service expectations through advocacy and plant visits.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and trends and ensure KPIs are met.
