Amcor is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Planning & Service to lead an integrated Supply Chain team focused on service, inventory, and strategic initiatives. You will balance demand with plant capacity and oversee planning and customer service functions across the org, driving performance and behavior that elevates service for customers.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, collaboration with sales, IT, and manufacturing, and a culture of continuous improvement and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• 7–10 years in operations, planning, or customer service leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead CP&S team focusing on service, inventory, and key initiatives.
• Align demand, plant capacity, and inventory replenishment with service targets.
• Develop and maintain an engaged high-performance team culture.
• Partner with directors and stakeholders on strategic planning and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce lead times and costs.
