Job summary

Rees Scientific is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close customer implementations across mid-to-large programs. You will coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the primary customer contact throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role in New Jersey, US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–7 years of project management experience, including customer-facing implementation projects.
• Experience managing customer implementations in SaaS, technology, healthcare, professional services, or similar environments.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Balance customer expectations with organizational priorities and project constraints.
• Strong project planning, organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com.
• Experience delivering executive-level project communications and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-to-large size customer implementation projects from initiation to deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and report on plans, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Serve as primary contact for customers; build relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Ensure deliverables align with contracts, requirements, and business objectives.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status meetings, reviews, and governance sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; communicate impacts and solutions.
• Drive issue resolution and manage escalations to minimize business impact.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions to ensure delivery.
