Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–7 years of project management experience with customer-facing implementations.
• Experience managing customer implementations in SaaS/tech/healthcare or similar environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-to-large customer implementation projects from initiation to deployment.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria aligned with customer goals.
• Develop and maintain plans, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations, contracts, and requirements.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status reviews, and governance sessions.
• Coordinate Sales, Operations, Implementation, Service, and Engineering teams to hit milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks; communicate impacts and solutions.
• Manage project documentation, action plans, and lessons learned.
• Track budgets and resource utilization; ensure compliance with standards.
