Job summary

UKG is seeking a Managing Partner to maximize long-term value, growth, and strategic impact across a portfolio of strategic customer relationships. You’ll operate at the intersection of business strategy, executive engagement, and enterprise execution, coordinating with customers to accelerate outcomes and expand value from UKG’s platform.

As the executive orchestrator, you’ll align capabilities, sponsorship, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable opportunities

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, strategic account management, executive relationship management, customer transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in GTM for Manufacturing, retail or Healthcare is desirable.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide customer relationships with significant commercial impact and executive visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategy for a portfolio of UKG’s most strategic customer relationships, focused on increasing customer value, retention, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that align customer priorities with UKG’s capabilities and investments.
• Identify opportunities to expand UKG’s strategic footprint by connecting customer objectives with new capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Continuously assess customer health, business priorities, organizational change, and growth opportunities to shape account strategy.
