Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, or executive relationship management.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide customer relationships with significant commercial impact.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives.
• Experience developing multi-year account strategies and governance.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategy for a portfolio of UKG's most strategic customer relationships.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligning priorities with UKG's capabilities, innovation roadmap, and strategic investments.
• Identify opportunities to expand UKG's strategic footprint by connecting customer objectives with new capabilities, products, and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and proactively shape account strategy.
• Drive governance frameworks and executive operating rhythms to ensure accountability and progress against strategic priorities.
