Job summary

UKG is hiring a Managing Partner, Strategic Customer Team to drive long-term growth with our most important customers. You will shape multi-year account strategies, align executive sponsorship, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives and others to accelerate customer value and ensure sustainable partnerships. This is a senior leadership role within UKG’s strategic engagement framework.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, strategic account management, executive relationship management, customer transformation, or related leadership roles.
• GTM Experience in Manufacturing, retail or Healthcare desired.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide customer relationships with significant commercial impact and executive visibility.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and influence enterprise business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategy for a portfolio of UKG’s most strategic customer relationships, focused on increasing customer value, retention, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that align customer business priorities with UKG’s capabilities and roadmap.
• Expand executive engagement across multiple buying centers to strengthen UKG’s influence.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Services, Product, and Leadership to deliver on strategic priorities.
