Qualifications

• GTM experience in manufacturing, retail or healthcare is desired.
• Experience leading complex enterprise relationships with significant commercial impact and executive visibility.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and influence strategy, transformation, and investments.
• Experience developing multi-year account strategies, executive engagement models, governance frameworks, and growth plans.
• Ability to lead matrixed organizations and orchestrate cross-functional teams around outcomes.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills for governance forums.
• Demonstrated business acumen translating objectives into measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategic growth of a portfolio of strategic customer relationships.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with capabilities and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to expand UKG’s strategic footprint with new capabilities and initiatives.
