Job summary

UKG is seeking a Managing Partner to maximize the long-term value across a portfolio of strategic customer relationships. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, executive engagement, and enterprise execution to accelerate outcomes and expand value from UKG's investment.

You will lead multi-year account strategies, mobilize cross-functional teams, strengthen C-suite partnerships, and guide governance to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, strategic account management, executive relationship management, customer transformation, or related leadership roles.
• GTM Experience in Manufacturing, retail or Healthcare desired.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide customer relationships with significant commercial impact and executive visibility.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and influence enterprise business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategy for a portfolio of UKG's most strategic customer relationships, focused on increasing customer value and sustainable revenue growth.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for the customer relationship.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders across customer organizations.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to execute against strategic customer priorities and governance meetings.
