Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Executive Engagement Leader to manage engagements between FDE Senior Leadership and our most strategic customers and partners, turning executive relationships into launched revenue.

You will design executive moments, coordinate senior leader participation, and ensure engagements are high-judgment, well-orchestrated, and tied to measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic executive relationships. Serve as a trusted point of contact for our most strategic leaders.
• Lead executive engagements. Plan and deliver high-impact engagements, coordinating senior leaders within FDE and across AWS to maximize value and visibility.
• Build processes and mechanisms. Develop, implement, and iterate the mechanisms that improve how we engage with customers and partners, raising the bar on operational excellence.
• Drive project execution. Manage multiple concurrent projects in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, executing plans, resolving issues, and escalating when appropriate.
• Define goals and align stakeholders. Collaborate across roles to translate mission objectives into clear project goals and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders, using strong written and verbal communication to influence priorities and align teams across organizations.
