Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship with a strategic customer and serve as the main AWS contact for leadership.
• Lead end-to-end engagement program strategy and execution from concept to delivery and improvements.
• Drive community impact through mentoring, career exploration, tech education, and workforce development initiatives.
• Represent AWS at external events and coordinate senior executive participation.
• Coordinate employee engagement with senior Amazon leaders to maximize impact.
• Define goals, make decisions on initiatives, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Communicate progress and business outcomes to senior leadership and external executives.
