Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Executive Engagement Leader to drive engagements between FDE senior leadership and strategic customers and partners, turning executive relationships into launched revenue.

You will design executive moments, coordinate senior leader participation, and manage end-to-end logistics to deliver measurable outcomes. You will develop scalable processes for executive engagement, operate in a fast-paced global environment with ambiguity, and

Qualifications

7+ years of professional or military experience.
7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope.

Responsibilities

Own strategic executive relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for our most strategic leaders.
Lead executive engagements, plan and deliver high-impact engagements across AWS to maximize value.
Build processes and mechanisms that improve executive engagement and operational excellence.
Drive project execution across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Define goals and align stakeholders, translating mission objectives into measurable outcomes.
Maintain relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders to influence priorities.
