Job summary

You will design and execute initiatives that drive community impact, mentor programs, and skills development, while representing AWS at national events and coordinating executive involvement to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship as the primary AWS contact with a strategic customer's leadership.
• Lead program strategy and execution from concept through delivery, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Drive community impact by shaping mentoring, career exploration, tech education, and skills development.
• Represent AWS at external events and high-level engagements, coordinating senior leaders for maximum impact.
• Coordinate employee engagement of Directors and VPs to maximize visibility and outcomes.
• Define goals, prioritize initiatives, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Communicate progress and business outcomes to senior leadership and external executives.
