Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Community Engagement leader to own the long-term relationship with a strategic customer. You will design and execute programs that unlock community impact and align AWS offerings with customer goals.

You will manage end-to-end engagement, represent AWS at national events, and collaborate with Directors and VPs to drive measurable outcomes. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

5+ years of professional or military experience.
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end relationship with a strategic customer and act as primary AWS contact.
Design, build, and deliver programs that create meaningful impact for communities.
Lead a customer engagement program from concept to delivery.
Represent AWS at external events and coordinate executive participation.
Communicate progress and business outcomes to senior leadership.
Drive program strategy, execution, and impact in untapped markets.
