Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Executive Engagement Leader to manage engagements between FDE senior leadership and our most strategic customers and partners. You will design executive moments that drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate their journey to AWS.

In a fast-paced, global environment, you will coordinate senior leader participation, prepare executives for impactful conversations, and oversee end-to-end logistics to move engagements from first touch to tangible

Qualifications

7+ years of professional or military experience.
7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
Experience developing and executing GTM strategies that are large in scope.

Responsibilities

Own strategic executive relationships and serve as a trusted contact for our most strategic leaders.
Lead executive engagements; plan and deliver high-impact engagements across internal teams and AWS to maximize value.
Build processes and mechanisms to improve executive engagement and drive operational excellence.
Drive project execution across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment; manage issues and escalations.
Define goals and align stakeholders by translating mission objectives into measurable outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders through clear communication.
