Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer and Community Engagement Leader to own end-to-end relationships with a strategic customer.

You will design, build, and deliver programs that create meaningful community impact and align AWS opportunities with customer leadership. The role involves shaping strategy and execution of a large engagement program, representing AWS at national events, and coordinating senior executive participation to maximize impact and visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer relationship with a strategic customer and serve as the face of AWS to align goals and outcomes.
• Lead program strategy and end-to-end execution of engagement programs.
• Drive community impact through mentoring, career exploration, and skills development.
• Represent AWS at external events and coordinate senior leadership participation.
• Coordinate employee engagement by securing participation of Directors and VPs.
• Define goals and priorities, make crisp decisions, and manage risks with mitigation plans.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership and external executives.
