Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window-replacement division of a 120+ year-old Andersen Corporation, is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales/Call Center Associate in Northborough, MA. You will engage existing customers, schedule appointments with Sales Consultants, and generate referrals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in call center, customer service, sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to make conversations feel natural and helpful.
• Openness to coaching and the discipline to apply feedback quickly.
• Comfort working independently while staying connected to team goals.
• Flexibility when priorities shift and the focus to keep moving with purpose.
• Comfortable using computers and entering information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Call existing customers using company tools and clear, respectful communication.
• Schedule appointments with our Sales Consultants when customers are ready to explore additional window and door projects.
• Generate referrals in a natural, service-minded way after positive customer conversations.
• Build trust quickly by listening well, asking thoughtful questions, and keeping the customer's experience positive.
• Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details.
• Partner with management to address questions and resolve customer concerns.
• Work toward daily activity and performance goals with consistency and ownership.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
