Renewal by Andersen is seeking a customer-focused call center specialist in Northborough, MA. You will call existing customers, schedule appointments with Sales Consultants, and naturally generate referrals while building trust and documenting interactions.

This role emphasizes coaching, independence, and teamwork to hit daily activity goals. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $60,000–$80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in call center, customer service, sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to make conversations feel natural and helpful.
• Openness to coaching and the discipline to apply feedback quickly.
• Comfort working independently while staying connected to team goals.
• Flexibility when priorities shift and the focus to keep moving with purpose.
• Comfortable using computers and entering information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Call existing customers using company tools and clear, respectful communication.
• Schedule appointments with our Sales Consultants when customers are ready to explore additional window and door projects.
• Generate referrals in a natural, service-minded way after positive customer conversations.
• Build trust quickly by listening well, asking thoughtful questions, and keeping the customer’s experience positive.
• Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details.
• Partner with management to address questions and resolve customer concerns.
• Work toward daily activity and performance goals with consistency and ownership.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
