Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure high-value Signature Success Plan customers realize strong ROI from our platform. This IC role partners with customer teams, aligns with business and technical stakeholders, and guides adoption of Sales and Service Cloud features.

You will manage deliverables across the Signature lifecycle, conduct quarterly reviews, and act as a trusted advisor while navigating government sector needs, including FedCiv.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Salesforce platform use, or related fields.
• Strong ability to drive business value, facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence C-level conversations.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus, including core features like leads, opportunities, cases, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for Signature deliverables, experience, renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate all deliverables the customer is entitled to throughout the Signature lifecycle.
• Apply correct processes to address customer needs and ensure value is delivered.
• Align with Business and Technical Stakeholders to match signature offer with priorities.
• Prioritize urgent work, organize tasks, and plan activities with accountability.
• Conduct enablement sessions on opportunity and case management, forecasting, and omni-channel routing.
• Share best practices for sales and service process optimization and data quality.
