WP Engine seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to become a trusted advisor for high-value accounts. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and support to deliver solutions aligned with customers' business goals.

The role focuses on building executive-level partnerships, developing strategic plans, monitoring account health, and driving expansion while maintaining revenue retention and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field.
• Five+ years of proven experience in account or customer success management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Gainsight).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within an account portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear short-term objectives and long-term goals.
• Proactively monitor portfolio accounts for usage patterns, adoption, and churn risk; conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
• Own the full retention and renewal lifecycle for Enterprise & Mid-Market accounts; manage renewal strategies and contract administration.
• Identify, qualify, and surface expansion opportunities through continuous discovery and collaboration with sales.
• Triage and resolve customer questions, coordinating with Technical Support and TAM teams.
