Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage high-value customer relationships, drive revenue retention, and foster long-term partnerships. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customers’ business goals and deliver measurable value.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, proactive health checks, and renewal/upsell opportunities within Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts. Travel to select customer meetings will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 5+ years of account or customer success management experience with a track record of revenue growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships with key stakeholders within an account portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear objectives and long-term goals.
• Monitor account health, usage, adoption, and renewal risk; conduct business reviews.
• Lead renewal negotiations and expansion opportunities; manage contract terms.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer value and retention.
