Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for high-value accounts. You will craft account strategies, coordinate with sales, product, and support teams, and drive retention and growth while ensuring customers achieve their business goals.

You will own renewal cycles, negotiate terms, and surface expansion opportunities, working across Enterprise and Mid-Market portfolios with strategic insight and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in account or customer success management with revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to manage key customer relationships.
• Develop strategic account plans and drive upsell opportunities.
• Monitor account health, usage, and renewal likelihood.
• Lead renewal negotiations and contract administration.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate price increases during renewal cycles when needed.
