Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for high-value accounts, guiding long-term partnerships and driving revenue retention and growth. The role coordinates with sales, marketing, product, and support to deliver exceptional outcomes aligned with customer goals.

You will own renewal strategy, identify upsell opportunities, monitor usage, and ensure customers maximize the value of WP Engine solutions across enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 5+ years in account management or customer success with revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives and goals.
• Monitor portfolio health and coordinate with internal teams to maximize value.
• Own retention and renewal lifecycle, negotiating terms and contracts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales for closures.
• Triage and resolve customer questions with cross-functional teams.
