Job summary

WP Engine seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for high-value customers, driving retention and growth. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customers’ goals.

You will develop strategic account plans, monitor health metrics, conduct business reviews, and lead renewal negotiations while seeking upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field.
• 5+ years of account or customer success management experience.
• Proven ability to build long-lasting high-level partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of customer industries.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product and support teams to deliver solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives and goals.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and churn risk; conduct business reviews.
• Own renewal lifecycle and negotiate terms to maximize lifetime value.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate to close new business within accounts.
