Ethos is seeking strategic customer success managers to help train a leading AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will run QBRs and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across quarterly reviews, renewal cases, adoption exhibits, sponsor updates and success plans.

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement with 5–20 hours per week (more if desired).

Formación

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine QBR decks and renewal business cases.
• Develop adoption and value realization exhibits and sponsor updates.
• Present to executive sponsors and craft success plans.
