Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior customer success managers to join a remote team supporting enterprise accounts. You will help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks, leveraging your 4+ years of enterprise CS experience.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including QBR decks, renewal business cases, adoption reports, executive sponsor updates, and success plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train the language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: QBR decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.
