Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced enterprise customer success manager to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. This remote role offers flexible hours (5-20+ per week) and centers on delivering high-quality slide decks for QBRs, renewal cases, and value realization exhibits.

You will run QBRs, craft AI-generated presentations, and collaborate with the AI team to improve model performance in presentation generation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Proven track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Work closely with the internal AI team to incorporate feedback and improve model performance in presentation generation.
