Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (QBR decks, renewal business cases, adoption exhibits, executive sponsor updates, success plan presentations).
