Ethos is seeking experienced strategic customer success managers to train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will be responsible for running QBRs and executive reviews for enterprise accounts, crafting and refining AI-generated presentations across quarterly and renewal workflows.

The role offers flexible remote hours (5-20 hrs/week, or more if desired) with ASAP start, leveraging expert PowerPoint skills and clear written communication to drive value

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Help train AI model on creating professional presentations and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows (QBR decks, renewal business cases, adoption/value exhibits, sponsor updates, success plans).
