Ethos is seeking strategic Customer Success Managers to collaborate with a leading AI lab on training language models for professional presentations and slide decks. You will run enterprise executive reviews, craft impactful decks, and refine AI-generated slides across quarterly reviews, renewals, adoption exhibits, and success plans.
This fully remote role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, and requires 4+ years in enterprise CS plus a proven track record of executive reviews
Competenze
- 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
- Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Mansioni
- Partner with an AI lab to train models on professional presentation tasks.
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (quarterly decks, renewal business cases, adoption exhibits, executive sponsor updates, success plan presentations).
- Lead and participate in executive business reviews for enterprise accounts.
