Job summary

Ethos, a remote-first expert network, is seeking strategic customer success managers to help train their language model on presentation tasks. You will work with enterprise accounts to craft and refine AI-generated slide decks.

We require 4+ years in enterprise customer success, a proven record in executive business reviews, and expert PowerPoint skills. This role offers flexible, remote 5–20 hours weekly, start ASAP, and compensation at $70/hour.
